Human Resource Development Policy
SUN-WA Technos’s worth is dependent on its human resources.
We develop personnel who challenge themselves and work hard towards self-actualization.
We work to enable a diverse range of personnel to thrive, promote work style reforms, and strive to create a workplace environment that respects each employee’s individuality and draws upon their strengths.
Based on the “SUN-WA SPITIS,” which is the fundamental mind and skill of all SUN-WA TECHONS' employees, we are formulating a human resources strategy in our 12th Medium-Term Management Plan to build systems and organizations that enable every employee to thrive.

We provide position-specific training programs that build talent from a variety of angles, including global personnel development, technical training for specific types of work, and business skills training. We provide a “visible” training system that supports the growth of businesspeople and leaders who embody the “Spirit of Challenge” and “Customer First” philosophy that has been in our company DNA since the very beginning. This training framework promotes self-development among personnel.
Promotion of women to management positions
As an initiative to promote women’s success at the workplace, our company works to build an environment in which female personnel can work for the long term, providing childcare support so personnel can strike a balance between work and raising a family, in addition to providing extensive employee welfare and benefits. Moreover, we aim to promote women to management and officer positions by providing extensive training programs. Our aim is to have women account for over 15% of management positions by 2030.
